Indonesia's hottest movie right now, The Raid 2: Berandal will get its own video game soon. The movie itself is a hell of a movie (in a good way) and it deserves this kind of treatment. The Raid 2: Berandal continues the story of Rama two hours after the incidents happening in the first movie (The Raid: Redemption or just The Raid, made in 2011) who now goes undercover and infiltrates the ranks of a ruthless Jakarta crime syndicate in order to protect his family and to uncover the corruption in his own police force. Iko Uwais reprises his role as Rama and it also features various prestigious local actors such as  Julie Estelle, Tio Pakusadewo, Arifin Putra, Oka Antara, and Cecep A. Rahman. The movie also features Japanese actors Ryuhei Matsuda, Kenichi Endo and Kazuki Kitamura.

The game which will be called "The Raid Arcade" will be released by eOne Entertainment, the distributor of The Raid 2: Berandal in the UK. The Raid Arcade features 8-bit graphics and is supposed to be a classic beat'em up arcade game. It will feature all the characters from the movie including Rama (of course),  Hammer Girl, Baseball Bat Man, Prakoso, The Assassin and some others with all violence inflicted in the movie as well.

The Raid Arcade will be available on April 11th 2014, along the release date of the movie in the UK. It will be a browser-based game through its official website and it supposed to be also available via Facebook.
