Got exciting news I received just a few hours ago. Indonesian survival horror game, DreadOut finally gets a release window, that is May 2014 and it will be available on Steam. To celebrate it, our good friends at Digital Happiness has provided us with DreadOut's second official trailer. You can watch it below after the break.
In this teaser, you can only see a mysterious lady in red, singing a song in Javanese. For info, Indonesian folk legends tells stories about a mysterious lady in red which is believed to be Djinn's (demons in Islam) in disguise and tend to show themselves to humans in order to mislead them to death. You can say that the mysterious lady in red is the "harbinger of death".
It is still unclear about the exact release date or whether DreadOut will be exclusive to Steam or not, but finally fans like myself can be relieved after years of expectation. I've been trying to reach the people at Digital Happiness but it seems like they want to make us curious.
Actually this news made me so excited because it came out after the announcement of the Fatal Frame live action movie coming up soon in Fall 2014 and a rumor that Fatal Frame 5 is on its way to Wii U anytime soon.
